How hiring works
01
Price it yourself
Tell us how many panels or barriers, and how long for. The price comes back on the spot with delivery, installation and collection already in it.
02
We confirm your dates
We check the kit is free, send the booking terms and take the refundable deposit. Nothing is held until that is done.
03
We deliver and set up
Our crew installs it and comes back for it at the end of the hire. You do not need a forklift, a van or a spare pair of hands.

Questions
What everyone asks before they hire.
Prices, delivery, deposits and what happens if you need the kit for longer. If yours is not here, ring the yard and a real person will answer it today.
Not sure what you need?
Put in rough numbers and the full price comes back in about a minute, with delivery, setup and collection already in it.
You pick how long you need each product, either one of the hire periods or your own number of days. The price you see is the equipment hire, plus installation and dismantling at 15% each (minimum €200 per service), plus delivery and collection, charged by the load. Nothing else is added later.
What do delivery and collection cost?
€125 for each load out to site and €125 for each load back. We count the loads by the weight of the kit you have picked, so a big order shows more than one load and you can see it on the price before you book.
Which hire periods can I choose?
Any number of days you like, up to a month for fencing and up to a week for barriers. The periods listed on the site are the ones we price, and any other number of days is charged whichever way works out cheapest: the next period up or, for fencing, a week or two weeks plus a day or two at the day rate. So five days of fencing is charged at the one week rate, eight days as one week plus one day, and ten days at the two week rate. For a hire longer than that, ring us and we will price it with you.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Every price on the site excludes VAT at 23%, and the VAT is shown separately on the booking confirmation and the invoice.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum number of panels or barriers. Because every hire includes delivery, installation, dismantling and collection, the smallest job we can book comes to about €650, whatever the kit itself costs.
Are you insured to work on site?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance for installing and removing on site, and we will send confirmation of cover with the booking paperwork.
Where do you deliver?
Greater Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. If you are just outside that, ring us, we will tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
Do we need someone on site when you deliver?
Not usually. We need access and we need to know where the line goes. If the gate is locked or access is tight, have someone meet the driver and it will be quicker for everyone.
What if the ground is soft or uneven?
Bases sit on most flat surfaces. On soft ground, or anywhere exposed to wind, we add stabilisers and extra feet. Tell us about the ground when you book and we will bring what is needed.
How long does installation take?
Most jobs are set up in a few hours. We give you a time window the day before, and a very large job can take a full day.
How does the deposit work?
Once we confirm your dates, we ask for a refundable deposit of 10% of the hire price. It is on top of the hire price and comes back to you after collection, less anything lost or damaged.
What if I keep it longer than I booked?
Tell us as early as you can and we will extend if the kit is free. Fencing that is not ready for collection runs on by another week. Barriers run on by another day or another week.
Can we change the dates after booking?
Ring us as early as you can and we will move them if the kit is free. Once a load is on the lorry for that day, that run still stands.
When are my dates confirmed?
Once we have checked the kit is free, you have signed the booking terms and the deposit has been paid. Until then the dates are not held for you.
Why do you ask me to sign a cancellation waiver?
Our fencing and barriers are held for your dates alone, and once your booking is accepted we may turn away other customers who need the same kit. The waiver and booking terms come to you for signature. Your statutory rights are not affected.
